1962 F100 “Eleanor’s Truck”

Complete 1962 F100 I picked up last year for me and my daughter to build and enjoy when it’s done. I’ve had a plan in my head for an awesome street rod patina F100 build for years, I’m Finally getting to it. It’s a 1962 F100 “wrongbed” that’s getting crown Vic front suspension, S550 Mustang IRS, manual transmission, and one of three engines (very nasty 289 SBF, 32v 5.4, or coyote 5.0.). Electronic steering from an s550 Mustang, air conditioning, and a wicked exhaust! The outside will be clear coated, and interior will look brand new! I’ve currently stripped the truck to bare frame, installed the crown Vic front end and working on the IRS. Then frame is blasted and painted along with suspension parts refreshed. Then install drivetrain, repair minor rust problems and clear the rest of the truck. While WD-40 helped loosen the bolts to get this rusty project going the prize money could definitely help take it to the finish. While I’m not working on it I’m either racing in my 87 Camaro that I built from the ground up or cruising in my 67 Mustang that I fully restored in 2014 at only 17!
