1969 C10 Cooler Lines
Replaced radiator with an original harrison unit on a 1969 Chevy C10. This shows a brief part of the work, but one were the WD40 products I had really pulled through for me!
Step 1: Using WD40 Pen for installation
When reinstalling transmission cooler lines, I noted the fittings were extremely sticky on the flair. So I pulled the threaded portion back to reveal the line and used the WD40 pen to break up and semi lubricate the line under the threaded fitting.
This allows me to use the WD40 in a precise manner without getting it into the cooler lines or radiator accidentally
Step 2: Threading in and tighten lines
I threaded in the lines by hand and then proceeded to tighten down with a flair wrench.

Step 3: Cleaning excess
Once the system was sealed, I used WD40 contact cleaner around the area to clean excess off. Since the radiator is brass and lines are steel, it is an excellent quick drying choice
