1979 El Camino Mad Max MFP tribute vehicle

I bought a junker of an El Camino destined for the scrap yard due to rust and not running. After getting it running I decided it needed a new life not just extending its existence. And decided to build a film car tribute vehicle out of it. Between rusted fasteners, dry window seals, wind shield wipers that struggled to even move. Wd-40 products have really give this truck a second chance. Penetrating spray, silicone lube, white lithium spray have taken me a long way in restoring function on this. 40+ years of rust and road salt really takes its toll on suspension hardware. The work continues as do the learning experiences that comes along with that.
