1985 Toyota Crawler

This is my 1985 Toyota Sr5 4x4. It has a stock 22r and w256b 5 speed manual transmission. I have loads of hours into it from building the axles to my latest project of swapping the wiring harness in it to a stock harness that not chopped up in a bunch of pieces. I have had it for about 4 years now and have never been able to drive it. It ran in the video I have attached but hasn't ran since then about 3 years ago. It wouldn't pass smog back when it ran so I have fallen into the rabbit hole of fixing everything on my own. I have no one to help me figure this project out as I run into problems as I go. I have done tons of research to get this project back to road worthy but have a bunch still to rebuild and put back together.
