Corn Fed Bronco
I am currently working on rebuilding a 95 ford bronco with a 95 7.3 powerstroke diesel engine and a manual transmission. This project has always been a dream of mine and I found an awesome opportunity to finally make it happen. While working on this (not yet finished) I have done everything myself and tried to keep a clean “could have been” factory look! I have custom made a fuel system and fuel manifold. I have rebuilt the turbo and oil cooler and cleaned it to factory. I always take every opportunity to do projects diy and show off what I’m proud of!
Step 1
Replaced the passenger door and fender.
Step 2
Removing engine from donor truck and from the bronco
Step 3
Rebuilt the turbo that was on the 7.3 engine.
Step 4
Rebuilt the oil cooler. Removed and soldered in new cooling lines as needed and cleaned it up.
Step 5
Installed the clutch pedal and slave cylinder needed for the new transmission and made an aluminum block off plate for the old throttle cable pass through.
