Farm use burnout jeep
My brothers brain child, we worked together as a team to build his burn out rig, farm use. It’s a 1965 Jeepster commando, that sits on a shortened s10 frame, has a four link s10 rear end, a monster transmission, a built 5.3l, and many tbm, Holley, motion raceworks, and other performance parts on it. It also has a tune from Kevin smith and ksr racing in a Holley terminator x. We have attended three different cleetus and cars events so far, and plan on attending the New England 900 and cleetus and cars in two weeks. We have been in a demolition ranch video, vice grip garage, and a few other big YouTuber videos.
Step 1
Dustin shortened his s10 frame and got the engine fitted.
Step 2
We tore down the engine to get it ready to be sealed up for storage.
Step 3
Fitting the body on the s10 frame went a lot better than we thought. The bits and pieces started to come together.
Step 4
Small fitting items, some transmission look overs.
Step 5
Fun with wiring. We all love wiring.
Step 6
Rebuilding the transmission we used for farm uses first run at Bristol.
Step 7
More odds and ends coming together
Step 8
We did some test runs a few days before our first event at Bristol, got some major fab work done, and loaded up for our first event.
Step 9
We made it to our first event at Bristol, and it was semi successful.
Step 10
Kevin smith from ksr racing tuning our terminator x and making a run art the freedom factory
Step 11
We made a good run, but blew it up. It was a blast but making a comeback for next week
Step 12
It’s been a long journey, just my bro, I and family. No sponsors, a master tech, a plumber, just two farm guys, having fun doing burnouts, many hours spools of welding wire, cans of wd40, and so much other stuff. Thought we would share our passion. We have already made a comeback, getting ready for the New England 900.
Step 13
Let’s go!
