This was a truck that my dad purchased new in 1994 just a few short months before I was born. It's a 94 Chevrolet C1500 Silverado was originally a 4.3 V6/4L60e. I grew up in this truck. Was taken home from the hospital in it, learned how to drive in it, took it out to prom so many cherished memories with my dad. In late 2015 my dad and I removed the 4.3 V6 with over 300k and started swapping in a 6.0L/4l80e into it. Unfortunately I lost my dad in early 2016 to a heart attack so he never got to drive it after I finished the swap later that year. It was my daily for four years before I decided I wanted some upgrades and to make it really nice. So had the frame completely sandblasted and painted and started redoing my suspension and brakes as I saved up for the parts I really wanted I've been working on getting it done as life and funds allow slowly but surely getting it done one part at a time and have used copious amounts on WD-40 along the way and if I were to win I'd use the cash to get it repainted so I can go full steam ahead on reassembling it and getting it back on the road.
