Out With The Old, In With The New - Toilet Replacement
Plus 3 more
We recently renovated a house and something that had to be done was new toilets. But when we went to replace the original 1970s toilets, we hit a snag. We couldn’t remove the bolts mounting it to the floor. But we had a can of WD-40. We sprayed it on both bolts and it made really quick work of it. So once we got it out, we splurged and got a $600 toilet to replace it with . This would have been much harder and we could have potentially damaged fragile parts if we didn’t use the WD-40.
