S10 REBUILD PROJECT
I bought two broken S10 trucks and built one awesome offroad camping machine
Step 1
Both trucks had faulty engines and broken automatic transmissions. I rebuilt the engine and swapped to manual transmission with 4x4
Step 2
Removed body and bed off frame to remove the rust and corossion and seal frame, added 8.5 10 bolt rear end with a gov-lock
Step 3
Repaired engine harness. Installed a BMW oil filter housing to make it remote mount, electric fans, and custom power cables and distribution block
Step 4
Removed interior carpet to clean rust and seal flooring, plus new steering wheel
Step 5
Truck had a 2.5in lift, 31x10.50 15in tires
