Sliding into home

This stubborn sliding door isn't living up to its name. Let's see if we can get it sliding again without going out and buying any replacement parts.

Step 1

Tools you'll need: - Paper towels - Can of WD-40

Step 2

Shake the WD-40 can to mix the contents and flip the Smart Straw to the "stream" position.

Step 3

Lubricate the door's travel channels with WD-40 and allow it to soak for a few minutes.

Step 4

Using your paper towels, wipe away any excess liquid to apply a protective coat and prevent dripping.

Step 5

Open and close the door a few times to work the WD-40 into the door hardware. Enjoy your renewed sliding door all thanks to the help of WD-40
