Unstick the furnace
This furnace has been serviced by many companies over the years. Some of them aren't even in business anymore! As you can see, removing these old service reminder stickers by hand hasn't gone so well in the past. Let's give it one more try with the help of WD-40.
Step 1
Tools you'll need: - Chisel or scraper - Can of WD-40
Step 2
Prep the WD-40 can by giving it a good shake. Then, generously spray the sticker remains and give the WD-40 a few minutes to soak.
Step 3
Using the chisel or scraper, apply gentle but firm pressure to peel back the sticky remains of the old sticker.
Step 4
There we go, good as new! All thanks to the help of WD-40.
