Will it Rust?

Plus 15 more

Hi. This is my dad's '66 Mustang. About 30 years ago my dad would drive This car to work through Wisconsin winters to support his family which is why the car got so crusty. Years later I started the restoration so he can one day drive it again. He's had some Mustangs throughout the years but not one since he's retired.
I've been learning how to weld, doing metalwork and metal finishing among other skills. This is my first restoration and I'm slowly collecting tools to help me get it done. Right now I'm using pretty l basic tools, a 110v welder, hammer and dollies, scrap metals, a shrinking stump, rod stock, pipes, hand tools and eventually a recently acquired bead roller to make floor pans and various panels and maybe some custom interior pieces in the future. I've really been enjoying learning how to do all this and I'll get to my own projects after this but I really want to see my dad drive his car once again.
That's it all summed up. Thanks for supporting the car community. Take care.
